Evolution: Human-to-Human & B2B

Hi– I’m Pam,
President of Evolution Partners.

I’ve been in the insurance industry since 1992, starting in retail when I owned my own agency. I later moved to the commercial carrier side where I approved or rejected agents seeking direct carrier appointments. Yes, unfortunately, I was the bearer of bad news for many independent agents – which is how I came to realize that the market needed a constructive alternative.

Thus the concept of Evolution Partners was born: a team that is your partner, supporting and developing your business to allow you to grow your sales and profitability.

We’ll help you build the lucrative agency you’ve always dreamed of.

Expansion is difficult to achieve on your own, regardless of the time and effort you invest into your agency. Most carriers require agencies to have a high minimum production goal – plus, you must agree to a substantial ongoing commitment to receive direct appointments.

It’s a frustrating Catch 22 that keeps you from growing.

That’s why we started Evolution Partners. Our team has a profound depth of insurance-related knowledge and well-developed industry relationships connecting you with the resources you need to succeed, grow, and prosper.

We’ll help you build the lucrative agency you’ve always dreamed of.

Pam Meisl

President, Evolution Partners Insurance Marketing

Working with general agencies or wholesalers has its place– they’re needed for many hard-to-place risks. However, when you use them for all risks, you create a book of business where policies aren’t in your name and you don’t control your own book. You give up nearly 50% of your commissions you’ve worked so hard to earn. You don’t get to service your own policies. In short: you have very little say over the results of your own hard work.
